France is one of the European core markets. To service it optimally, KLS Martin France chose Paramat as a sales partner. Thus, since early 2005, Paramat has been in charge of selling and distributing operating light systems, electrosurgical units and surgical instruments including containers, with KLS Martin France providing local support wherever needed. The remaining product groups – OMF surgery, ENT, orthopedics and lasers – remain in charge of KLS Martin France.
Due to its bilingualism and closeness to the Tuttlingen parent company, the Alsatian region proved to be an ideal location. The subsidiary, located in the center of Colmar, started out in early 2005, together with Paramat as sales partner. The French customers benefit from the constant presence and availability of KLS Martin representatives, the intensive customer management and the numerous training courses organized by KLS Martin France.
