Modular Osteosynthesis System Hand
The MOH is a universally applicable osteosynthesis system for the entire phalangeal and metacarpal area. Free combination of Titanium screws 1.5/2.0/2.3 mm and plate profiles 0.6/1.0/1.2 mm enables an optimal fracture treatment.
More than ten years the modular Osteosynthesis system – MOH – represents the optimal standard for universal fracture treatment of the hand. The free combination, which always existed for the implants, has been broadened and now includes the storage systems. Several units can be combined to a complete system, which fits your individual requirements.
In case of new requests, further modules and inserts can be added and therefore maintain the universality of the system. The color-coded instruments and storage modules, as well as the colored screw clips enable a complete allocation to the single units.
Besides the customized configurations we offer you independent systems, like the locking plate and screw system – LPS – in the screw dimensions 2.0/2.3 mm and the basic osteosynthesis system – BOH. The BOH offers you all free combinable plates and screws, in the length from 6-20 mm, as well as the standard instrumentation.
Implant modularity
- Any screw size (1.5, 2.0 or 2.3 mm) can be freely combined with any plate profile (0.6, 1.0 or 1.2 mm).
- Low-profile, self-retaining Centre Drive® screw head, completely recessed (no projection from plate surface), thus better view of screw head.
- Color-coded clip magazines (with five screws each) guarantee easy system assignment.
- The batch number on the magazines ensures reliable, “no-gap” screw tracing.
- Just hang the magazines into the rack. No time-consuming sorting in, screw by screw!
System modularity
