Our maxium® impresses by its well-thought-out overall concept combining sophisticated technology with an unrivaled degree of user-friendliness. The new “maxi-display” – the largest color display screen available on the HF market – gives users an excellent overview of all settings. All parameters are clearly arranged and unambiguously assigned to their working channels. The “Quick Step” control with its multifunctional rotary switch allows fast and easy parameter setting or adjustment. Due to its programmability, the maxium® is a versatile “all-rounder”, with 99 storage locations available for user-defined settings (programs). Besides, the list of favorites gives users immediate access to defined performance parameters that can be optionally stored under the medical discipline, the indication or simply the user’s name.
The maxium® offers you four outputs with all the options you may possibly need. Each output can be separately configured either with the channel selector button or through the menu, with different instruments assigned to it at the user’s option.
Together with the maxium® Beamer and the maxium® Cart, the maxium® can be combined into an ideal system for argon plasma surgery. In this integrated setup, the maxium® Beamer is fully controlled via the maxium® HF unit’s operator interface. When used in the ionized argon gas atmosphere created with the Beamer, the maxium®’s excellent performance characteristics ensure fast and uniform hemostasis with significantly less tissue carbonization, improved wound healing and a substantially reduced perforation risk. We offer you a technology that puts the user in control: You select the right current and best-suited argon gas flow in accordance with the indication and the instrument you are using for the task at hand.
In this configuration, the maxium®, maxium® Beamer and maxium® Cart neatly combine into a perfect multifunctional HF system for use in the OR – a class of its own.
