Bidirectional Mandibular Distraction

Dysplasias, especially in the region of the mandibular angle or when associated with deficits in the mandibular body or on the ascending ramus, represent special challenges in distraction osteogenesis. The Zurich distractors for intraoral bidirectional distraction extend the range of therapeutic options for these indications while reducing the frequently encountered need to make compromises in such cases.
