If your KLS Martin product requires repair, we offer a comprehensive repair service.

We offer:

  • We repair KLS Martin products free of charge within the warranty period of one or two years if you have a registered warranty card
  • We guarantee the availability of spare parts for our electromedical devices for up to ten years after the electrical device is no longer manufactured

We offer a paid repair service after the warranty period. It includes:

  • Technical testing of the product
  • Preparation of a repair estimate
  • On approval of the estimate we will repair or replace your device
  • If you have a high-frequency electrosurgical device, we supply a replacement device during the repair
