• The course organizer reserves the right to cancel an event up to 1 week before the training date due to insufficient number of participants or other circumstances that make the implementation of the course impossible.
• If the organizer cancels a course, enrollees will be offered a full refund of registration fees.
• Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a course, the organizer has the right to either issue a full refund or enroll in the same event on a new, future date.

• The deadline for refunding your registration is 2 weeks before the course starts.
• Cancellations received after the stated deadline cannot be refunded.
• Refunds are not available for participants who choose not to attend the course.
• Cancellations are accepted only in written form and must be received by the specified cancellation date. Please include your credit card or bank account details (SWIFT/IBAN) with the written cancellation.
