The following Compliance Code of Conduct for Business Partners defines binding principles for lawful, ethical, socially responsible, and sustainable business conduct and must be complied with by the business partners of the KLS Martin Group in the context of their cooperation. It constitutes an essential component of the KLS Martin Compliance System to ensure third‑party compliance.
