Course fee
Free of charge. Hotel reservations can be made by KLS Martin and have to be paid by the participants on site. The cancellation of the rooms is free of charge until October 2, 2025 after that cancellation fees will be charged by the hotel.

Registration
Cancellation by the course organizer
The course organizer reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances. Registration fees will be fully refunded to participants.
Registration cancellation by the participant
Only written cancellations will be accepted and must be received one week prior to the start of the training. When writing your cancellation, please include your full name. Please write your cancellation to ED-Training_DE@klsmartin.com. Until October 2, 2025 the reservation of the hotel room is free of charge. After the deadline, charges will apply when cancelling the overnight stay.
