Our internally fixated Genos mini distractor allows callus lengthening of up to 23 mm and is available for the right and left hands.
The Genos mini distractor can be fixated with 2.0 or 2.3 mm diameter smartDrive multidirectional locking screws. The screws have an atraumatic tip and self-retaining atraumatic head.
The distractor is advanced by connecting the patient screwdriver onto the activation arm and turning clockwise. This can be performed at home after instruction by the physician.
