How we work:
Dive into our working worlds

To create a medical device, it takes a lot of people making an important contribution. Who are these people? In which areas do they work? And what does their working day with the KLS Martin Group look like? Our employees introduce themselves in our career videos. After all, every single one of our surgical innovations is the result of passionate people. Be a part of this, too!

Sarah Theil, Customer Service

"Surgical innovation is my passion because I have been a part of KLS Martin with my heart and soul for a quarter century."

Janett Barth, Head of Technical Documentation

"In 1998, I started working for the KLS Martin Group as part of my training as a wholesale and export merchant. Since then, I have been able to pass through many stations in the company, which have always brought me a step forward. The company has given me a lot of support in the process. But all these years I've been particularly impressed by the team spirit and cohesion. In the end, everyone always pulls together!"

"Surgical innovation is my passion because it is the hope for many people."

Jan Marc Schehl, Laboratory Technician Biology

"The company convinced me from the very beginning. The decision to switch to KLS was made quickly compared to competitors: Due to the interaction during the application process, but also the equipment of the laboratories in my field as well as the competence of the employees convinced me. In particular, I found the CEO's Christmas video especially likeable."

"Surgical innovation is my passion because I can help people every day with my work."

Verena Heni, Design Engineer

"Every day I design patient-specific implants. The thought that at the end of the day you have helped a patient with your developed product makes you go home satisfied. You have the feeling that you have done something useful. It's fascinating to me that technical solution approaches can be applied in medicine and show a direct effect."

"Surgical innovation is my passion because I am valued as a person in the company."

Franck Stehlin, Specialist Laser

"My colleagues have become friends to me in the meantime. We spend more time together than with our respective families. This creates and strengthens bonds. I really appreciate that the company sees employees as people with their respective wants and needs."
