The celebration took place at KLS Martin WORLD, the group's visitor center in Tuttlingen, and offered guests a festive yet cozy atmosphere. The employees' commitment was honored with atmospheric music, delicious food, and stimulating conversations.
The jubilarians also received special recognition from regional representatives: Jörg Kaltenbach, mayor of Mühlheim an der Donau; Stefan Waizenegger, mayor of Fridingen; and Martin Wycisk, economic development officer for the city of Tuttlingen, each of whom conveyed their personal congratulations and emphasized the importance of long-term skilled workers for the region and the economy.
"This company is characterized by a spirit that is marked by a high degree of responsibility towards its employees and the company itself, and is geared towards long-term and lasting corporate success. The large number of 89 anniversary celebrants speaks for itself, on the one hand, about an excellent working atmosphere over many years and, on the other hand, it speaks for you, dear anniversary celebrants: you have remained loyal to the company for a large part or even your entire professional life," said Jörg Kaltenbach.
"In a time of change, long-term service is a special sign of trust and loyalty. We are proud that so many employees have been part of the KLS Martin Group for decades and are actively shaping our development. We are delighted to be able to celebrate this together again this year at the anniversary celebration," said Christian Leibinger, Managing Director.
Special mention must be made of Winfried Mägerle and Bernd Rieger, who can each look back on an impressive 50 years of service to the company. Olaf Kiehne, Harald Müller, and Hardy Schaible were honored for 45 years of service, while Roswitha Günther and Michael Hüttig have been part of the KLS Martin Group for 40 years. A further 82 employees received recognition from the management for their 35, 30, 25, 20, 15, or 10 years of service to the company.
A varied supporting program was also provided: All those celebrating their anniversaries received a gift in honor of their many years of service. An entertaining company quiz created a good atmosphere and brought to light interesting facts and some surprising anecdotes. A festive dinner rounded off the evening together.
