The parking garage is located opposite the company premises in the “Am Lippach” industrial area. A pedestrian bridge spanning the railway line directly connects the facility to the KLS Martin campus, providing employees with safe and convenient access to the site.

The parking spaces have been generously designed and clearly marked to ensure convenient and safe parking. Separate entrance and exit ramps on each level minimize oncoming traffic within the garage and support efficient traffic flow, particularly during peak hours. In addition, users have access to two stairwells and elevators, ensuring barrier-free accessibility throughout the facility.

With the opening of the new parking garage, existing parking areas within the company grounds have been significantly reduced. The objective of this measure is to minimize general vehicle traffic on site, thereby increasing employee safety while improving the efficiency of internal logistics and material flows.

With this new parking garage, KLS Martin Group continues to invest in the expansion and modernization of its infrastructure across its German locations. The project contributes to a long-term improvement of parking availability, optimizes internal traffic routes, and creates an even more attractive working environment for employees.
